Architecture, Ville, Peinture,... Pourquoi donc ces liens? Quels en sont les rapports?

 

L’Architecture est un art de bâtir, bien sûr, mais pas seulement. C’est aussi, ou surtout, l’art de percevoir, recevoir et restituer savamment le monde qui nous entoure pour, autrefois, s’en  protéger, et aujourd’hui, vivre avec; Et depuis fort longtemps, vivre avec art, ou Art de Vivre. L’Histoire nous transmet de par le monde une multitude d’oeuvres, et parmi elles, des chef-d’oeuvres, aujourd’hui un tribut commun à tous, universel. La peinture, cette restitution imagée, stylisée et imaginée même, reflète un univers, un ressenti essentiel pour qui reste sensible au lieu, à l’espace et à la manière avec laquelle tout un monde s’organise, avec ou sans l’Homme.

Ainsi donc, l’Architecture avec l’édifice pour objet et l’Urbanisme avec la ville pour objet, se rejoignent naturellement à travers la création plastique et photographique, un moyen d’exprimer ce qui existe, a existé, ou est susceptible d’exister,... c’est à voir, à apprécier, transmettre un ressenti, une émotion et enfin une sensibilité au Génie du Lieu.   Bonne Visite!

Architecture, City, Painting,... What is the relationship between these words?

  

Architecture is an art of building, of course, but not only. It is also, and above all, art of perceiving, receiving and giving back a vision of the surrounding world for once to shelter ourselves from it, and now to live with, after long ago meaning living in Art : Art de Vivre. History gives us throughout the world a multitude of works, and among them, masterpieces, now a tribute to all, a world-wide heritage. Painting is a way to restitute a singular vision of the world in a vivid, stylized and imaginary manner, reflecting a universe, a feeling which remains essential for those senitive to scene, space and the way that the world is organized, with or without Humans.

 

Thus, the architecture with the building as its object and Urbanism with its city, both naturally converge within the graphic and photographic creations, expressing what has existed, exists, or  could  exist,... let us see, assess, convey depth feelings, emotions and sensitivity to the « Genius Locci », the local genius notion.
